I highly recommend top tier plumbing. We called five plumbers before top tier and all were problematic (either flaky, incompetent, or exorbitantly expensive). All we needed was a plumber to hook up our new kitchen sink, but because of our plumber woes we’ve been living without a sink for 2 weeks (washing dishes in the bathroom, eating takeout, etc. ). Yesterday we called Top Tier plumbing and the same day Nathan showed up, was very knowledgeable, and fixed everything perfectly for a reasonable price. He was also super cool, and we are very happy because now we have a great plumber for the future.
My tenant has been having problems with the toilet. I tried everything to fix it but was unsuccessful. I gave Top Tier Plumbing And Rooter a call – and they were quick to respond. They were able to work around my tenants strict work schedule, arrive right on time, and fix the problem. The quality of work is great. Highly recommended. And would contact them again.

Had a water pipe rupture in front yard on a Sunday afternoon of all days. I tried fixing pipe myself and couldn’t. Looked on Yelp for some plumbers called multiple companies but all said they couldn’t make it out. Came across Top TIer and Nathan came to the rescue. He repaired the line and got my water back on within few hours. Price was very reasonable and affordable especially in these times. Defiantly will recommend to anyone who needs a reliable plumber.

Nathan was an absolute pleasure. Came to my house because both my showers had low pressure and going from hot to cold. He was quickly able to diagnose the problem (bad shower cartridges). I have hard water where I live, which I let him know about and he gave me a quote to install a water softener for me whole water system. Long story short, my showers are fixed and now have a top of the line water softening system that will extend the life of my fixtures and pipes.

We had our sewer line completely collapse and used Top Tier for the repairs. They came out right away initially and then on time every day. They were extremely diligent. The pipe was under the pool deck and when they lifted the concrete and dug out the dirt for the repair they laid down tarps so that no dirt would get into the salt finish on the deck. Each day (the job took about a week) they left the property safe, and clean and with the plumbing in working order. When they finished you could not tell that they had ever been there. Every detail was attended to by Nathan. We could not be more pleased with the way the job was handled or with the results. I cannot recommend Nathan highly enough. By the way he and his helpers were out there digging in 100 weather. Nathan made sure that every detail was attended to and we will not hesitate to call on him in the future should we need any plumbing services.
